Andrew Hansen who is releasing Forever Affiliate considers that search engine traffic is the most targeted and cheapest form of traffic. As a means of making a passive income with reduced stress, and relatively low cost it cannot be beaten- if you get it right. That is the rub for many affiliates who suffered at the hands of Google last year and may have abandoned what could for some be the holy grail of internet marketing.

Has Andrew Hansen got it right with Forever Affiliate?This is my honest Forever Affiliate Review

Well as the title says this is a forever affiliate review and I have a copy of it which I have now gone through. As I say proof of that and me are  in the video at the bottom of this page. You can see from that that Forever Affiliate is a series of videos and video transcripts with accompanying introductions to each section.

So what are you getting for your money exactly?

 There are over 40 videos in the copy I have, of varying lengths with accompanying transcripts, so it could take some time to work through. It is however laid out in a logical step by step fashion, with the theory of the Forever Affiliate program followed by the initial research stage, which is in turn followed by the testing and validation stage and finally by the expansion stage.

I found the testing and validation stage very useful and it gave some techniques I hadn’t seen before to ensure that you are as safe as you can be entering a market or promoting a product. I buy a lot of courses and this was new to me.

Andrew gives some live examples of what sorts of products would pass this testing stage and those that are best avoided. As I was actually promoting the product he said to avoid (one I have got nowhere with), it would have been better for me if Forever Affiliate had been released a few months ago, when I thought I was onto a winner. Had I followed this technique then, I would have avoided the time and cost of trying to promote that particular product. This stage in the process for me is worth the cost of the course alone to be honest. Its not just the cost, its the wasted time spent on it. Thats one domain name to throw in the bin!

 This is in his experience where most people generally make most money,specifically following this system. This is something he has never spoken about before and is an absolute goldmine. It will allow you to really narrow and focus on what are the markets that will make money and allow you to build a list. Obviously you need to take a look at that video pretty quickly. Whilst you can and should follow the steps he gives you, this video should be looked at early on because he gives you markets to look at before you start further research.

Another video you will really like is this one showing you how to have really high quality affiliate offers,with low competition, with huge volumes of traffic which is growing come to your site, without any (or any real ) effort. Honestly this is dynamite stuff. This is not some standard, find a niche, throw up a website, build links sort of course- its nothing like that. As I say 40+ videos has to suggest to anyone that this is not that sort of course. Not even close. NB THE SCREENSHOT IS NOT CLICKABLE

Other sections show you what sort of blog works best with this sort of site and there are videos showing you how to install and configure properly. If you have experience in building blogs already, then you can skip a few videos and rejoin the program- useful tips for those who feel faint at the idea of seeing yet another video about wordpress- although trust me, I have installed a number of blogs and there were still a lot of handy tips in those videos to help me, so if you are a total newbie to the process then this section of the course will be very helpful to you.

Once up and running with correct plugins installed, you are then given help on what sort of content to write, how to lay out the content so it is engaging and helps with conversions and finally the real thing- how to promote without falling foul of google and how then to get the rankings.

Carrying on with my forever affiliate review however. There are some things you need to know when promoting a new site and Andrew is very specific with his guidance. His view is, get this wrong and you may find your earning potential from a site will be seriously comprised. Getting the wrong plug in is one thing but the wrong sorts of promotion and link building is quite another as anyone in the affiliate marketing arena will tell you. It is really important stuff. The reason it is even a discussion is because Google is quite sensitive to your site and can raise red flags. There are a number of steps to avoid and he gives you the numbers and the methods of link building. Some of this is not new but the way you do it certainly is. These are both white hat and grey hat links,but do them too quickly- at your peril!

What Else Do You Get?

What more do you want? Really? There a number of bonus products or tools as Andrew calls them. To be frank, I dont really look at those- they just clutter up my hard drive. Yes I know loads of affiliates will be offering you bonus things when you buy through their link but do you ever use them? I prefer to give an honest review- having seen the product. Just check those other affiliate sites? Any proof? Thought not. Anyway apart from those bonuses that I cannot see the point of, Andrew does give you a real bonus called “Our Most Profitable Niches”.  Beat that! Anyway

So are there any downsides to forever affiliate? To be blunt I cannot really see any. I was going to say that there wasnt enough on linking, but I had missed some of the videos- might be a little criticism of some of the layout of the program, or possibly of my lack of attention to detail! With any course, it would be impossible to cover everything and I dont doubt that forever affiliate has some gaps and I can tell that by looking at some of the links that have been made to Forever Affiliate itself- having said that, for a thorough grounding in affiliate marketing and what is working right now in 2013, you would be hard pressed to find better. Affiliate marketing can be hard to grasp for those new to the arena and Forever Affiliate should allow you to succeed whatever your experience. I too have struggled to make money online over the last few years but I did see some success with Andrews previous course Unstoppable Affiliate which was released in 2011. At the time of writing this post, Forever Affiliate hasnt been released so I have produced a video to show you what you might expect and you can watch it below. Forever Affiliate is the new offering from Andrew Hansen who has got a strong reputation in the affiliate marketing arena. Forever Affiliate Review

This is a preliminary Forever Affiliate Review as the course isnt out yet- when it is I will be buying it and giving you an honest review of it. I have to say however I am expecting it to be pretty good as I have bought other courses from him and I have made money.

2012 was not a great year for affiliates practicing seo and many businesses were wiped out. A lot of affiliates left the market after the various google updates to their algorithms meant that a number of link building techiques died overnight and those sites with those links went down with them. Despite that Andrew stuck in there and his sites were in the main unaffected.

Previously it was pretty easy to game the system and fake reviews were all over the place. Google latched onto that and those sorts of sites were badly affected. Unfortunately some of the better sites also sustained collateral damage. Andrew shows early on in his free ebook that affiliates have to provide value in order to please Google.

If you take a look at that link you will be taken to a page where Andrew has a video talking about some little sites giving some pretty attractive income levels, some generating pretty decent  4 figure commissions.

If you had that knowledge, don’t you think you could build some similar sites?

When I said that it isn’t as easy to game the system and you have to concentrate on providing value, this does seem like a lot harder work than it used to be, but Andrew insists that the market itself is a lot easier to dominate because the number of affiliates actively involved has dropped, the competition isn’t there like it used to be and it is easier to rank.

Why is it easier for affiliates now?

In Andrews view, it is a much more level playing field. For those of us who have been in internet marketing for a while, it was frustrating to provide decent content and find spurious sites thrown up by folks who were prepared to pay for tons of links from all over the place. If you knew which services to use and were prepared to pay, and in some cases had an army of outsources building those links then you could rise to the top. Those opportunities to play with the system have been vastly reduced and the levels of competition have greatly reduced as a result.

So what is the free report all about and what is Forever Affiliate likely to bring to you?

Well starting off from the consideration that it has become a bit easier to make money as an affiliate, Andrew shows you how to pick the most profitable markets and products to ensure that you have a good chance to make money. Early on in the report he gives some great tips on how to get traffic and how to increase the conversion rate. The report is worth it just for those insights alone.

If there is one thing Andrew has honed  over his eight years of building these types of sites ,its choosing the right markets to target and he even shows you how to find some potential profitable markets for the future.

There is so much free information in the report,its difficult to give you the full flavor but if you have never built a site or done affiliate marketing before or if you are one of those disenchanted marketers looking for a way to rebuild in a less competitive environment then it is bound to be valuable. The message that Andrew imparts is that it is possible and in his view even more achievable in 2013 than it has been in the previous couple of years. I will come out here and say I am a fan of Andrew. I have bought his products before including unstoppable affiliate and elite niche research and I know his methods work because I used them. Yes like everybody I tried to take shortcuts, didnt follow what he said entirely and found my 2 money making sites get swallowed by the penguin. They did actually survive the first google onslaught and I continued to make money but it was short lived. The point I am making is that I followed probably about fifty percent of what Andrew taught me ( I was on his unstoppable affiliate master program which was well worth the money) and had I followed it properly I am sure I would have made a lot more. Take a look at the comments on his page  and you will see that unstoppable affiliate worked.  Forever affiliate brings that information bang up to date.

Building sites and getting backlinks has never been easier but there are ways and means of doing it. The right sort of links, the right sort of sites, all this is brought to you in Forever Affiliate. But before you even think about building a site, before you even get that first backlink, you need to know that you are entering a market where you are certain to make money.  Trust me on that. Some markets are hard to crack and should be avoided at all costs- been there worn that t shirt. There are just some places where your chances of getting anyone to buy anything from you are so poor, its not worth going there. Andrew promises to show you how to avoid that in 2013. I can’t wait to read that bit!
